Shipping Process

  • Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process and dispatch it within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM IST will be handled the next business day.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Within India: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the dispatch date.

    • International Orders: Delivery may take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.

Note: Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India):

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹500

    • ₹50 shipping charge for orders below ₹500

  • International:

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use it to check your delivery status on the courier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to appear.

Delivery Address

Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate—including landmarks, apartment numbers, or floor details. Label Sabahat is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at labelsabahat@gmail.com. We’ll follow up with the courier and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

International Orders – Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If anything in your order is damaged or missing, email us immediately at labelsabahat@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or arrange a refund based on the situation.
