At Label Sabahat, we craft every saree with care and intention. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns or exchanges work.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items or items bought during promotions are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings or other jewelry

Intimate wear
-
Customized or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return

Request a Return
Email us at labelsabahat@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We'll review and share the return process with you. -
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service. -
Approval & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you to confirm whether the return has been approved. If approved, we’ll begin processing your refund.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

Incorrect size or color

You received a defective or wrong item
Here’s how to exchange:

Email labelsabahat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Send the product back as instructed.

Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll ship the replacement.
Exchanges take around 7–10 business days after the return is received, subject to stock availability.

Received the Wrong or a Damaged Product?
If something’s broken, damaged, or just not what you ordered—email us within 48 hours at labelsabahat@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the issue
We’ll replace it or refund you at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Want to cancel? No problem—as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Email labelsabahat@gmail.com immediately. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
